We are in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, The Appraisal Institute, The Appraisal Foundation and all applicable state laws.  We are also subject to your underwriting guidelines and review.  Each appraisal will comply with the Title XI of the Financial Institution Reform and Recovery Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA).
